Jessica Martin
Administrative Assistant | Arrowhead Church, Greeneville
Jessica grew up in western North Carolina, right outside of Asheville. She holds a bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Western Carolina University.
Jessica's journey into ministry was a total "God thing." After returning to part-time work at a friend's boutique when her oldest child started kindergarten, she had an unexpected conversation with Lee about joining the staff at Arrowhead. Despite it not being on her radar, God had it all planned out, and now she can't imagine being anywhere else.
Jessica and her family were drawn to serve full-time at Arrowhead because they loved the church's vision. They jumped right into serving in any capacity the Lord led them to. Jessica's official title is Administrative Assistant, and she helps in numerous ways, from updating Planning Center and sending emails to ordering supplies and ensuring ministry areas have what they need. She also leads the First Impressions Ministry Team and enjoys helping with hospitality at Arrowhead.
Jessica is passionate about helping people and finds great reward in knowing that every detail she accomplishes is aiding someone, whether it's a staff member or someone else. Outside of her job, she loves serving in youth ministry, where she delights in seeing students grow in their walk with Jesus.
Her vision for the First Impressions Team is to grow in hospitality and, over time, not only serve those God sends to Arrowhead but also truly get to know and love them through service.
Outside of Arrowhead, Jessica and her family love camping, hiking, and exploring new places. A fun fact about Jessica is that she loves to bake cheesecakes!
