At Arrowhead Church, we want to warmly welcome community events that align with our values, offering our facilities for gatherings such as conferences, trainings, workshops, and some milestone celebrations. Below are some key guidelines to help you understand our policies and make the most of your time with us. For weddings, scroll further down the page.

Events Available

Our campus can host many kinds of events, such as weddings (more details below), wedding showers, baby showers, adoption celebrations, and non-profit meetings. We consider these spiritual milestones and are honored to support you. Available spaces include the Living Room, Living Room & Lobby, and Auditorium, with a variety of tables and chairs provided.

Events Not Permitted

We cannot host events that promote other religions, contradict our doctrine (including our marriage/sexuality beliefs), or are for-profit business activities. Additionally, our campus is not available for birthday or anniversary parties.

  • We strive to provide our facility at the most affordable rates, so we price every to simply cover our costs for staffing, cleaning, utilities, and maintenance. These prices are presented a la carte here, but can be bundled into a more comprehensive package (such as for weddings)

    • Living Room: $50

    • Living Room & Lobby: $100

    • Auditorium: $200

    • Media & Video: $100

    • Dumpster use: $80

    • Cleaning Crew: $100

Weddings at Arrowhead Church

At Arrowhead Church, we offer comprehensive wedding packages to make your special day seamless and memorable. We have three packages and each package features essential services like a church liaison, sound and media support, and professional cleaning. We also provide setup and reset of the ceremony and reception spaces. Partners of Arrowhead Church receive special pricing benefits. All packages require $150 refundable damage deposit.

Wedding Packages

Full Service Wedding Weekend

Our Full Service Wedding Weekend package includes use of the church for a dress rehearsal, entire wedding day, ceremony in the auditorium, and reception in the foyer and living room. This package features a dedicated church liaison, sound and media support, professional cleaning, and complete setup and reset of all spaces. Perfect for a grand celebration, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Non-Partner Price: $900

Wedding Weekend Basics

The Wedding Weekend Basics package offers use of the church for a dress rehearsal and entire wedding day, with a ceremony in the auditorium. It includes a church liaison, sound and media support, professional cleaning, and setup and reset of the auditorium. Ideal for couples looking for essential services without the extras, ensuring a beautiful and well-organized day.

Partner Price: $650

Non-Partner Price: $850

Walk-in Wedding Weekend

The Walk-In Wedding Weekend package is designed for intimate ceremonies in our living room space, accommodating up to 50 guests. This package includes setup and reset of the living room, without media or rehearsal services. Your wedding party can arrive one hour before the ceremony. This option is perfect for couples seeking a simple, heartfelt celebration with close family and friends.
